High School Nation values your privacy and protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.highschoolnation.com and High School Nation and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to High School Nation include www.highschoolnation.com and HSN. The HSN website is an informational site about the services and programs we provide. By using the HSN website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.  

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to contact you regarding programs and services offered on our Site, HSN may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

-          School or Organization

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) using our “Contact Us” page to send us a message; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or programs you have requested information about from us. HSN collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s), respond to messages delivered to us by you through our website’s “Contact Us” form, and deliver the programs and services you have requested.  

HSN may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other programs or services available from HSN and its affiliates.

This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the HSN website and its visitors.

Children Under Thirteen

Our Website and Social Media pages aren’t intended for kids under 13. No one under 13 should share any personal information with us. HSN does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware of having information about anyone under 13, we will promptly delete the information. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

From time to time, HSN may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, contests, alerts, confirmations, and/or other general communication relating to our services and programs that you have inquired about previously.
